Cacao 70 produces high-quality bean-to-bar chocolate at an affordable price point. Instead of focusing exclusively on the origin of the ingredients, they wanted to give personality, context to the flavor notes of each bar. The short story behind each taste profiles was found at the back of each chocolate bar and illustrated on the cover.
