Illustrator Evan M. Cohen has always been the guy carrying a pocket full of pens and a sketchbook. Old sketchbooks are markers of where he has been or how he was thinking at that point.
Cohen learned Photoshop at the tender age of 13 and taught himself the finer points of digital illustration by playing around for hours and attending comic book festivals until college. While studying studio art at Skidmore, where he learned hands-on printmaking techniques such as wood relief, lithography, intaglio and screen printing, and developed his visual aesthetic, he worked part-time as a graphic designer and comic book artist.
