Montara (pronounced Mon-tar-uh) is a sparkling verjus born on the sun-drenched coast of California. Crafted from early-harvest Chardonnay grapes, it’s bright, tart, and refreshingly dry – perfect for slow afternoons and golden-hour gatherings.
The team at SomethingElse brought What Else in to help bring their brand concept to life from the ground up – including visual identity, packaging, go-to-market assets, and e-commerce. Working closely with co-founders Katie Mitic and her husband, Scott, we developed an effortlessly cool brand identity that captures the idealistic spirit of California living.
Montara has a vision that canned non-alc beverages can be full of personality, full of fun, and full of adventure. Not something to wait until the end of day, but a companion for any time of day – an invitation to live your life freely, and have it taste great too.
